Equipment Introduction
The EP-B lubricator is an instrument used to measure the lubrication characteristics of drilling fluids and evaluate the type and quality of lubrication additives that may be required based on the provided data. The whole machine is composed of a sliding ring driven by a motor to rotate, a stationary slider, a bracket, a torque wrench, a control power supply, and measuring components. During the experiment, a constant force is applied to the two friction surfaces by a torque wrench, and the lubrication coefficient of the lubricating additive and the lubrication characteristics of the drilling fluid can be determined through instrument readings and corresponding calculations.
Local features
It has the characteristics of compact structure, high testing accuracy, and easy operation.
Applicable process
Widely used in various oil fields, research institutes, laboratories, and other departments.
